Invitations - You will receive a proof within 3 business days after placing your order.

Personalized digital printable files will receive a digital proof within 2-3 business days of purchase.

Other personalized items - You will receive a proof within 2-3 business days after placing your order.

PROOFS AND REVISIONS

All personalized invitations receive 2 proofs to make small changes to the wording.

DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

USA - You have the option of choosing first class mail shipping which takes about 5 to 7 business days or Priority Mail shipping which takes 2-3 business days.

Other Countries - International shipments may incur customs fees depending on the country and their regulations. Any customs fees are to be paid to the appropriate customs agency by the customer.

If your order was not picked up by the customer from customs and it is returned to us and customer request a refund,  shipping fees will not be refunded. Please make sure your address is correct when placing your order.

PROOFS BEFORE PURCHASE

Unfortunately due to the time it takes to personalized each design with your wording, proofs are only emailed once we have have received your order.
