By using the Cupid Design Website you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Access and use the Site is for personal, noncommercial use only. Nothing on the Site may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold or exploited for any commercial purpose without Cupid Design Studio prior written authorization. We reserve the right to discontinue or alter the Site, in whole or in part, at any time at our discretion.

PROOFS AND REVISIONS

Each personalized order receives 2 proofs to make small changes to the wording. the proof will be emailed to you within 2 days of purchase.

CANCELLATIONS

All orders are processed 24 hours after the order has been placed. For this reason we cannot guarantee cancelations after the 12 hour period has passed. Please contact us by e-mail at contact@cupiddesignstudio.com if you would like to cancel your order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We gladly accept returns for non personalized items. All items must be shipped to:

A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the final purchase price. Shipping charges are not refundable.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CUSTOM DUTIES AND TAXES

International shipments may incur customs fees depending on the country and their regulations. Any customs fees are to be paid to the appropriate customs agency by the customer.

If your order was not picked up by the customer from customs and it is returned to us and customer request a refund,  shipping fees will not be refunded. Please make sure your address is correct when placing your order.
